Jelofy provides a digital menu building platform designed for restaurants and food businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You are responsible for all content uploaded to your digital menu, including:

• Text
• Images
• Pricing
• Descriptions

You must not upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without proper permission. Jelofy is not responsible for user-generated content.

5. Promotional Use of Public Restaurant Menus

By creating, publishing, or keeping a digital menu live on Jelofy, you allow Jelofy to display your restaurant name, logo, public menu link, menu preview, and publicly available menu content for promotional and marketing purposes.

This may include showing your restaurant on the Jelofy homepage, landing pages, demo sections, social media posts, advertisements, presentations, or other promotional materials to help demonstrate how Jelofy works for real restaurants.

Jelofy will only use information that is already publicly visible on your published digital menu. Jelofy will not share private account information, login details, billing information, private emails, unpublished dashboard content, or any other private information.

If you do not want your restaurant name, logo, menu, or menu preview to be used for promotional purposes, you can contact Jelofy at any time and request removal. After receiving your request, Jelofy will stop using your restaurant materials for future promotional use within a reasonable time.

By uploading restaurant content to Jelofy, you confirm that you have the right to use the restaurant name, logo, images, menu items, descriptions, and other content added to your digital menu.

6. Prohibited Use

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Reverse-engineer or copy the platform

7. Limitation of Liability

Jelofy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• We are not liable for business losses
• We are not liable for data loss
• We are not liable for service interruptions

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may stop using the service at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Jelofy means you accept the updated Terms.
